Welcome to Silver Star Cinemas! We’re excited to provide you with an enjoyable movie experience. To ensure everyone can fully enjoy their time with us, we ask that you adhere to the following guidelines: 

1. **Outside Food and Beverages**: To maintain the quality and safety of our cinema experience, outside food and beverages are not allowed. Non-disposable bottles are prohibited; however, you are welcome to bring a disposable plastic bottle of water.

2. **Respect for Others**: We want all our patrons to enjoy their films without distractions. 

Please keep conversations and noise to a minimum during the show and remember to

 silence cell phones.

3. **Ticket Purchase**: We kindly remind everyone that purchasing a ticket is essential. Sneaking into a movie is considered burglary.

4. **Drink Refills**: Enjoy your snacks with confidence! Large item purchases come with a complimentary first refill. Subsequent refills are available for half price.

5. **Respect for Our Venue**: We ask that all patrons treat our theatre with respect. Please refrain from any intentional damage to our facilities.

6. **No Filming**: Please, no filming in auditoriums. Filming exhibited motion picture movies is a felony [Title 18 U.S.C. 2319B].

7. **Backpacks and Bags**: Due to fire safety regulations and the need for quick evacuation, extra large purses or backpacks, are not permitted.

8. **Refund Policy**: We will refund movie tickets up to 15 minutes into the movie. If a guest must leave after 15 minutes, we will issue a readmittance pass so they can return to see a movie another time for free.

9. **Rated R Policy**: Children under 15 must purchase their tickets to rated R movies with an adult present.
